I contacted Oz Roller Shutters to get two north facing window shutters, around 2x2 meters, as a neighbour had used them a few years ago.
Communication and quoting was prompt and professional and Sam was more than helpful in guiding options and helping us select, as well as very reasonably priced from the outset (not quoting high and negotiating down like many other companies).
Installation occured even earlier than indicated, which was amazing. The shutters were installed extremely well, look great, function well and again Sam was great to deal with.
Theres a lot of roller shutter companies out there, this is one you can trust.

I recently had a security door installed by Oz Roller Shutters, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. I initially spoke to Sam, who was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, guiding me through the options to find the perfect style for my home. On installation day, Sam and Navi were prompt and worked efficiently, ensuring everything was installed perfectly and explaining how to operate the door before leaving. Guys were punctual and professional, they said 9am on Saturday they'll come to install the security door and they did exactly that. I chose the Diamond pattern because it looks amazing. A happy customer indeed!

Sam and the team were accomodating to our needs. We were able to automate an old manually operated shutter which gave it longevity and avoided the need to change the entire unit. We also installed several new shutters and the units look and operate as expected. The team is professional and price transparently, I would recommend them

I had a great experience with Ozroll shutters! Sam arrived on time to provide me a quote for all of my windows and a security door with pretty good competitive rate. Installation was also done on time in a single day with great care! Both Sam and Nav were professional, polite and very pleasant to deal with them. Installation was brilliant and now we feel our home is better insulated from both cold and heat. I would definitely recommend Ozroll shutters without second thought!

They definitely keep the pride in their work as from the first point of call to the end of the install, they were fantastic. Really happy with the shutters and the quality of them are excellent. And they do not charge more than other businesses is the best thing. I checked other companies earlier and none of them could beat these prices.

We used Oz Roller Shutters in December 2020 to install 14 shutters. It was one of the best decisions we made with regard to our home. Having our first level balcony facing the west where the suns sets we suffered for a couple of years from rain and heat hitting our glass windows and glass sliding doors. Even though we had refrigerated cooling it was still very warm in the house because of the heat from the sun. When it would rain it would be terrible. Everything on the balcony would be soaked and the floor would be wet and slippery. None of the above happens now. Our house stays cool in summer and warmer in winter without using the central heating as much.
With electricity and gas going through the roof its been a great investment in hindsight
We also had them installed on the ground level which makes us feel very safe. Pretty difficult for an intruder to come in when these heavy duty roller shutters are down. We cannot praise Sam Navi and their crew enough. They are so polite and willing to go that bit extra to make you happy. The reason I am writing this review so long after install is because we had another shutter installed recently and completely forgot to write a review after the initial install. We believe they look great but that's our opinion. They also have this great tool on their website where you are able to calculate how much it will cost you.
