    Delivery Areas

    OZ Roller Shutters mainly supplies to Australian addresses. Though we are under no obligation to do so, we may at our discretion accept orders for delivery beyond Australia. Some remote or inaccessible parts of Australia might not be serviceable; please be advised. Under such circumstances, you will be advised throughout the order processing.

    Delivery Charges

    Calculation of delivery charges depends on various elements: weight, size, packaging, needed number of shipments, and chosen delivery method. Any relevant delivery fees will show up when you place an order. Additional fees could apply for international shipping or deliveries to outlying locations. If such charges apply, we will get back to you prior to releasing your order to verify approval of these extra expenses.

    Order Processing and Dispatch

    You will get an order reference number sent whenever you place a purchase. We handle payments when, or soon after, you order. Once payment is confirmed, orders are deemed accepted; nevertheless, we reserve the right to cancel orders under specific conditions (e.g., stock unavailability, pricing problems).

    Delivery Process

    • Deliver your items to another delivery location close to your address—such as a newsagent or post office.
    • Deliver your items later on once more.

    You will get a calling card including specifics on how to arrange or gather re-delivery of your goods and a text message. If your products are not collected within the designated term, they could be returned at your convenience from a local depot.

    Delivery to PO Boxes and Parcel Lockers

    Based on the volume of the items, we will deliver to Australian PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers whenever feasible. If delivery to a PO Box or Parcel Locker prove unworkable, we will get in touch to set another delivery address.

    Risk and Title

    On the specified date and time of delivery to the address you provided in your order, the risk and title of the goods will pass to you.

    Re-Delivery and Address Changes

    We shall take reasonable efforts to meet your need should you want your items sent to an address different from the original order address after despatch. Note that re-delivery or address changes may call for extra fees.

    Delays and Unforeseen Circumstances

    Although we try to reach projected delivery times, strikes, harsh weather, or other unanticipated occurrences could cause delays beyond our control. Under such circumstances, delays in delivery will not cause us liability for any loss, damage, cost, or expense.

    Faulty or Damaged Goods

    If your items come defective or damaged:

    • Check our Contact Us page to get in touch right away.
    • Kindly save your evidence of purchase, either a receipt or an invoice.
    • We might ask you to bring back the item together with all attachments (such as batteries or a power cord) delivered at the time of purchase.
    • Please assist in preventing damage during the return journey by using the original packaging wherever possible.

    Note: Refunds or exchanges based just on transit damage to packaging are not offered by us. Packaging is used to safeguard the inner part of the good.

    Refunds

    • We aim to initiate your refund within 2 business days (Monday to Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Melbourne time).
